REFUND POLICY
Payment, Consultation & No-Refund Policy
Tresenting Traditions requires a 50% deposit at the time of booking to reserve your service date. Clients have three (3) business days from the date of booking to cancel and receive a refund of their deposit. After this three-business-day period, all deposits and payments are non-refundable, except where otherwise required by law.
This policy applies to payments for decorating services, design services, paid consultations, consultation deposits, and other booked services.
Our initial virtual consultation is complimentary and is limited to approximately 20 minutes. If additional consultation time is needed, or if an in-person consultation is requested, a separate consultation appointment will be scheduled. Any applicable consultation fee is due at the time of booking. Paid extended or in-person consultations are separate services and are non-refundable after the applicable three-business-day cancellation period.
Once the cancellation period has passed, refunds will not be issued for cancellations, changes in plans, schedule changes, or services that the Client chooses not to use.
Requests to cancel or reschedule a decorating service after the initial three-business-day cancellation period are also subject to the $50 cancellation or rescheduling fee outlined in the Client Decorating Service Agreement.
By submitting a deposit or other payment to Tresenting Traditions, the Client acknowledges that they have reviewed, understood, and agreed to this Payment, Consultation & No-Refund Policy.
PAYMENT METHOD
All payments shall be made by Venmo or cash and not refundable once paid. Deposit payments for scheduled services are non-refundable and due upon scheduling the consultation session online or in-person.
Please ensure that you are in love with my traditional styling and visit my gallery on the website to get ideas. Refunds are not available for work completed that you don't like, take a look at my work BEFORE you book with me!
